ICI Homes has been a preferred builder at Nocatee since the early 2010s. We opened our first Nocatee neighborhood in 2013, so we know the community well and how special it would be to score one of our final homes here.

West End at Town Center — this neighborhood is a short walk from Town Center, Nocatee’s dining, shopping, and services hub. ICI Homes offers two-level townhomes from 1,635 to 1,966 square feet here, with three to four bedroom combinations and rear-load garages. Many floor plans feature porches on one or both levels.
Seabrook Village II — we’re in our final phase in Seabrook Village II, which is sited around Seabrook Park, the amenity center for all Seabrook neighborhoods.
