The water is fine
There’s certainly plenty of it. Nocatee has not one but TWO water parks: Splash and Spray.
The Splash park includes the towering Rip Ride Slides, a swallow Splash Cove for little ones and the Lazy Tides River that winds throughout the park. The Spray park is all kinds of showery fun with twisty slides, a Scuttle Cove for tots, and a 17,000-square-foot main pool.

March 31, 2026We at ICI Homes have built new custom home all over the state for 45 years, developing our own master-planned communities and serving as preferred builders in others.
The clock’s ticking on one of our longer-term projects in northeast Florida — at Nocatee, in Ponte Vedra — a top-selling master-planned community for more than two decades, and now on the homestretch when it comes to development.
An October 2025 news release from The PARC Group, Nocatee’s developer, noted that 96 percent of the community’s homes have sold with less than 400 new homes remaining.
That doesn’t mean immediate urgency if you’re searching for your new custom home here — ICI Homes pros still have plenty to do! But it’s smart to make a plan and do your research while Nocatee’s new-construction inventory remains plentiful.
It’s great choice. Its resident amenities, services, Town Center and recreational options are top shelf. It’s won numerous industry and rankings awards, and is convenient to Jacksonville to the north, and historic St. Augustine to the south. Approximately 9,000 of its 14,000 acres are protected as conservation and preservation land.

This is time it’s closeout for Nocatee’s remaining new-construction neighborhoods, and we at ICI Homes don’t want potential customers to miss snagging one of our new custom Florida homes here.
Inventory homes and final opportunities to build with us at Nocatee are still available, but the clock is ticking.
