Our two-level Santa Cruz floor plan offers 2,720 square feet with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a two-vehicle garage. Choose from three elevations (a home’s exterior design and appearance) with two elevations — the Coastal and West Indies — offering roomy front porches on both levels of the home.
