Now’s the Time to Score Your New Custom Home at Nocatee

We at ICI Homes have built new custom home all over the state for 45 years, developing our own master-planned communities and serving as preferred builders in others.

The clock’s ticking on one of our longer-term projects in northeast Florida — at Nocatee, in Ponte Vedra — a top-selling master-planned community for more than two decades, and now on the homestretch when it comes to development.

An October 2025 news release from The PARC Group, Nocatee’s developer, noted that 96 percent of the community’s homes have sold with less than 400 new homes remaining.

That doesn’t mean immediate urgency if you’re searching for your new custom home here — ICI Homes pros still have plenty to do! But it’s smart to make a plan and do your research while Nocatee’s new-construction inventory remains plentiful.

It’s great choice. Its resident amenities, services, Town Center and recreational options are top shelf. It’s won numerous industry and rankings awards, and is convenient to Jacksonville to the north, and historic St. Augustine to the south. Approximately 9,000 of its 14,000 acres are protected as conservation and preservation land.

We mentioned it above: Nocatee still has options. This means choices, various price points and numerous neighborhoods. You’re not stuck choosing between the final two homesites or in-progress inventory homes that don’t match your preferences.

Where to find us

West End at Town Center — our popular townhomes are designed specifically for this cozy walkable neighborhood only a quick stroll or bicycle ride from Nocatee’s Town Center.

These two-level floor plans range from 1,635 square feet to 1,966, and offer multiple three-bedroom-2.5-bathroom and four-bedroom-3.5-bathroom layouts. Expect rear-entry, two-vehicle garages and welcoming front porches for some townhomes. West End at Town Center also offers a playground and dog park.

Seabrook Village II — custom single-family homes from 1,872 to 2,730 square feet, with three-to-four bedrooms and 2.5-to-3.5 bathrooms. Near Seabrook Park, which offers residents a spacious swimming pool, dog park and playground.

Reflections at Seabrook — Nocatee’s final new neighborhood. Also with quick access to Seabrook Park. Offers larger ICI Homes single-family floor plans ranging from 2,537 to 3,234 square feet.
