The Bartram’s winning ways came in two categories of the 2025 Northeast Florida Builders Association’s annual Parade of Homes — strong points for prospective customers keen on living a townhome lifestyle.
It was one of six ICI Homes models that were price-category winners across northeast Florida master-planned communities. The Bartram won NEFBA’s $500,000-$550,000 price category, a smart value for prospective Nocatee customers zeroing in on the West End neighborhood.
The Bartram also was one of nine ICI Homes models to win best-feature awards, scoring the NEFBA award for best pantry in the 2025 Parade of Homes.
