Only six miles west of beautiful Atlantic beaches, Nocatee residents can find numerous public accesses and all the watery, sandy fun just minutes from their new custom Florida homes.
For a more curated beach experience, resident also have the opportunity to purchase beach membership packages with the Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach. This grants access to other affiliated clubs, plus annual dining, beaching and fitness activities.
Nocatee Landing

This 377-foot zip line can be traveled year round, carrying Nocatee residents 35 feet in the air from the Rip Tide Slide Tower in the Splash Waterpark, across the park and its volleyball courts, to a landing on the park lawn.
