You sign up to become a card holder once you’re a resident, and the card provides access not only to community amenities, but discounted entertainment away from home.

Note that Nocatee is a CDD district overseen by the Tolomato Community Development District, which issues Nocatee District Cards.

Private beach club

Only six miles west of beautiful Atlantic beaches, Nocatee residents can find numerous public accesses and all the watery, sandy fun just minutes from their new custom Florida homes.

For a more curated beach experience, resident also have the opportunity to purchase beach membership packages with the Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach. This grants access to other affiliated clubs, plus annual dining, beaching and fitness activities.

Nocatee Landing

Keeping the watery theme going, one of Nocatee’s top resident amenities is tucked off Nocatee Parkway in the southeast corner of the community.

The Nocatee Landing provides the perfect place to launch non-motorized personal watercraft onto the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, and also offers a pavilion, parking and restrooms.

Nocatee zip line

Oh yes! It exists.

This 377-foot zip line can be traveled year round, carrying Nocatee residents 35 feet in the air from the Rip Tide Slide Tower in the Splash Waterpark, across the park and its volleyball courts, to a landing on the park lawn.
