Psst! We at ICI Homes have added another project to our building calendar in Nocatee — Anthem Ridge, the newest phase of Nocatee’s popular Crosswater neighborhood.

As of this writing, we’re active in six Nocatee neighborhoods — Timberland Ridge, The Settlement at Twenty Mile, and Anthem Ridge, Freedom Landing, Heritage Trace and Liberty Cove in Crosswater. There’s plenty of top-notch ICI Homes construction going up all over Nocatee, but we want to spill the early details on our newest assignment.

All about Anthem Ridge
Crosswater is one of Nocatee’s southenmost collection of neighborhoods, but easy to find and only a quick golf-cart ride or vehicle drive from Nocatee’s renowned amenities.
Tucked in the northwest corner of Crosswater, off Conservation Trail, Anthem Ridge is nestled north of Freedom Landing amid preservation acreage, coastal woodlands and ponds. It offers 67 lots and its look-feel will reflect Crosswater’s overall vibe of traditional American architecture.
Although Crosswater is mere minutes from Nocatee’s largest amenities and Town Center, its Anthem Ridge residents will enjoy their own in-neighborhood perks, which includes The Schoolyard, a collection of dog parks, a pavilion that resembles an old-time red schoolhouse, a playground and groomed field for frisbee throwing, tossing a blanket to lounge and read a book, or what-have-you. You’ll also find nature trails.
