Siena at Town Center in Nocatee
A total of 85 home lots will be available which will accommodate a variety of floor plans ranging from 1,500 square feet of living space to 3,000 square feet. Located just off Nocatee Village Dr. and Town Plaza Ave. in Ponte Vedra, these 85 home lots will feature 3 product types: 40 ft lots with a rear alley, 50 ft lots with front garages, and 50 ft lots with rear garages (detached and attached). Siena will reside in the heart of Nocatee and serve as the prime location for convenience in the community.

Just across Town Plaza Ave, residents can shop at Nocatee’s Town Center which features the largest Publix in Northeast Florida as well as neighborhood shops ranging from restaurants to dry cleaners. Coming this Fall to Town Center will be Daily’s Convenience Store which will include a Shell gas station, a state-of-the-art car wash and Daily’s fast-casual restaurant.
